The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, which may result in the price of an item is not displayed incorrectly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Where we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Terms and Conditions
Prices on website are exclusive to online purchases and may not be available in-store

Those who choose to access this Website from locations outside Saudi Arabia are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

16. Installation T&C

Installation will be done up to 4 working days of purchase.
Any kind of plumping & electrical work is not included in installation.
If extra piping, chair or additional work is required then customer will be billed separately.
Painting or concealing jobs are not included in installation.
Extra Drainage pipe more than 5 meters will be charged (SR20/meter) and the pipe will not be concealed.
Copper pipe up to 4.5m will be provided free of charge. Extra copper pipe will be charged at SR80/meter, including insulation and electrical wiring.
Installation availability can vary by region and product type.
The terms and conditions mentioned above do not apply to Samsung products purchased online.

17. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations at Redsea are designed to be hassle-free:

Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your order by clicking the "Cancel Order" button or by contacting us at 8001279999 or via contact page.
Refund Process: Refunds for canceled orders depend on the payment method used. Credit card refunds usually take 7-14 days, as per your bank's policies.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply, taking into account the order stage, payment method, and courier charges, which are determined by item weight and delivery distance.
Out-of-Stock Items: If any items go out of stock, we'll promptly cancel them, issue a corresponding refund, and keep you informed.
Our Right to Cancel: Redsea reserves the right to cancel orders in unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activities. Such cancellations will be accompanied by a full refund and notice.
Policy Updates: Our Order Cancellation policy may change, with updates becoming effective upon posting on our website.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Website Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Website Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Prices mentioned on Redsea.com do not apply to partners who have installment contracts with Abdul Latif Jameel Electronics and in such cases the terms and conditions of the contract would take precedence.

19. VAT

As of July 1, 2020, a 15% value added tax will be applied to all products and services as mandated by the General Authority of Zakat & Tax(GAZT).
