Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period:

Products Purchased from Abdul Latif Electronics Showrooms:

Customers may request a return for the purchase value within 3 days from the invoice date and can exchange the product within 7 days from the invoice date.

Products Purchased through Redsea.com:

Customers can request a return of the purchase value within 3 days from the receipt date and can exchange the product within 7 days from the receipt date.

2. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement:

Customers may return or replace any product purchased from Redsea showrooms or redsea.com, with the following exceptions:

  • Software and video games are neither refundable nor replaceable.

  • Electronic devices such as mobile phones, computers, gaming consoles, and routers can only be refunded or replaced if a non-software malfunction is detected. Products in their original factory packaging are exempt from this rule.

  • Cards, vouchers, and activatable data cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

  • Printers, inks, fax machines, photocopiers, imported materials, and accessories can only be replaced or refunded if a malfunction is detected.

  • Products that have been used or installed are only eligible for return or replacement if a malfunction is detected.

  • Due to health reasons, certain devices (e.g., electric shavers, hair removal machines, headphones, or earpods) can only be returned if they malfunction.

  • Products with defects resulting from customer misuse (breakage, scratches, incorrect usage, tampering, etc.) are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Products bought through installment programs can only be replaced with products of the same.

  • Products purchased with vouchers can only be replaced with items of the same value.

3. Return and Replacement Requirements:

For returns or replacements, customers must:

  • Provide the original invoice from Redsea or redsea.com.

  • Return products with their original packaging, excluding products identified as malfunctioned.

  • Include all manuals, accessories, gifts, or promotions in their original condition.

  • In the case of bundled products, return the entire package intact.

  • A technical report from the Redsea service team may be needed for the return or replacement.

4. Specific Return and Replacement Conditions:

Large Home Appliances:

If delivered via home delivery service, contact customer service at 8001279999 or support@redsea.com for collection arrangements. Charges for collection will vary based on distance and product weight, unless the return is due to a malfunction.

Small Appliances:

For showroom purchases, return to the showroom with coordination from customer service. For online purchases, contact customer service for procedures.

Return or Refund Procedures:

If Redsea approves a return, refunds will be processed based on the payment method used. Returns for credit card purchases take 7-14 days, subject to bank policies.

Excluded from that, we are completely able to return the purchase value if the customer purchased from Tabby or Tamara installment programs.

Replacement Procedures:

If a replacement is approved, Redsea will arrange collection and delivery based on product availability and location. If an exact replacement isn't available, a product of similar value will be offered, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

5. General Terms and Conditions:

Accepting a shipment from Redsea confirms the product's good condition. Signing the invoice in a Redsea showroom confirms product receipt in good condition. Redsea isn't responsible for delays or failures due to unforeseen events such as wars, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
