Return and exchange policy

1. The period of return and exchange

Products purchased from Redsea showrooms

The customer has the right to demand returning the purchase value from Redsea showroom within “3” days from the date of the invoice issue, and the product can be replaced within “7” days from the date of the invoice issue.

Products purchased through Redse.com

The customer has the right to demand returning the purchase value of the product purchased through redsea.com within “3” days from the of receipt issue, and the product can be replaced within “7” days from the of receipt issue.

2. Products that the customer has a legal right to demand return or replace

All products displayed in Redsea showrooms or through redsea.com, the customer has the right to return or replace them, except for the following:

  • Software and video games are not refundable or replicable.

  • Electronic devices such as mobile phones, computers, gaming counsels, and routers are not subjected to the refund or replacement unless there’s a malfunction detected (non-software), with the exception of products that are remains in the factory packaging, the exception will be implemented during the return and replacement period mentioned in This policy.

  • Cards, vouchers and activatable data cards are not subjected to return or exchange or replacement.

  • Printers, inks, fax machines, photocopiers, imported materials and accessories are not subjected to replacement or refund for the purchase value unless a malfunction detected, the exception will be implemented during the return and replacement period mentioned in this policy.

  • Products that have been used or installed are not subjected to the return or replacement unless a malfunction detected, and the implementation will be during the return and replacement period mentioned in this policy.

  • For health reasons, some devices (such as electric or charged shavers and hair removal machines, headphones or earpods) are not subjected to the return unless a malfunction detected the implementation will be during the return period mentioned in this policy.

  • Products with malfunctions or any defects caused by the customer misuse (such as breakage, scratches, wrong use, wrong electrical connection, any products with removed serial number or have been tampered with, etc.) are not subjected to the return or replacement at all. Based on the inspection of the product by the Redsea team.

  • Products purchased through the installment programs cannot be returned and can only be replaced with the same purchase value or a higher value, if the terms & conditions mentioned in this policy apply, with the exception of installment products purchased through Tamara program or Tabby program, where they can be replaced with a similar product or lesser purchase value and cannot be exchanged by a product with a higher value.

  • Products purchased via vouchers cannot be returned and only can be replaced with the same value or a higher value, if the terms & conditions mentioned in this policy applied against.

3. Terms and Conditions for return and replacement:

To implement the Return/Replacement the following Terms and conditions are required

  • Providing the original invoice which issued by Redsea or redsea.com either issued from a showroom or sent by mail for the customer who purchased from redsea.com as per the customer registration at the store page.

  • The original packaging as purchased, excluded from that the products that have been detected & categorized under the malfunction defects.

  • Its mandatory to provide the original box with all the user manuals and accessories sold with the product undamaged (as well as gifts or promotions associated with the returned product in its original condition).

  • In the event of purchasing products by packages, the customer must have all the products in the package returned and cannot be returned partly and the whole package should be intact in the sealed.

  • The return or the replacement may require a technical report from Redsea service team before the implementation.

4. Terms and Conditions for return and replacement:

Returning the large home appliances

  • If the product delivered to the customer through the home delivery service, the customer must contact the customer services support at 8001279999 or contacting the customer service support on support@redsea.com to schedule an appointment for collecting the product, collecting the product from the customer doesn’t means that Redsea will implement the Return/Replacement, the procedure will be accepted based on the technical report from Redsea service team & after confirming that all terms and conditions mentioned in this policy are applied to proceed, in the case of accepting the Return/Replacement procedure the customer shall be charged 100 Saudi Riyals if the location within 100km from the city center & if the customer located in a distance more than 100km from the city center the charges will be 300 maximum, if a malfunction detected based on the technical report the customer shall be free of charges.

  • If the customer collected the product from Redsea showroom or from the warehouse, the customer must deliver the product back to the showroom, completing the procedure of Return/Replacement will be rejected or accepted and implemented after Redsea service team issues the technical report & confirming that all the terms & conditions are applied as mentioned in this policy.

Return and exchange of small appliances

  • If the product purchased through Redsea showroom it must deliver to one of showrooms after coordinating with the customer services support, the Return/Replacement shall be accepted based on the technical report issued by Redsea service team to confirm that all the terms & conditions are applied.

  • If the product purchased through redsea.com, the customer must contact the customer service support team on 8001279999 or via the direct support email support@redsea.com, based on the customer approach we will explain the procedures as mentioned in this policy for returning the product.

Return or Refund procedures if accepted by Redsea

In the event of the above mentioned Return or Refund terms & conditions apply to the product and Redsea accepted to return it, the customer will be refunded according to the following:

  • The purchase value shall return to the customer through the same channel.

  • If the purchase made by using a credit card, the process of returning the amount to the customer shall take 7-14 days based on the Bank procedures & policy “This will be applied for both purchasing channels Redsea or redsea.com”.

  • Excluded from that, we are completely able to return the purchase value if the customer purchased from Tabby or Tamara installment programs.

Replacement procedures if accepted by Redsea

  • In the event that the above mentioned replacement conditions apply to the product and Redsea accepted to replace it, the customer service team will approach the the customer within 3 working days to collect the product from the Redsea showroom which the product were purchased from, based on the alternative product availability in the same city were purchased from, if the alternative product confirmed not available in the same city, the delivery shall be within “7 working days” from the same Redsea showroom, If the purchase were through redsea.com via home delivery, the product will be delivered to the customer. Within 7 working days” from the date of the replacement approval and the customer will be notified by Redsea customer service team regarding the date of the delivery.

  • In the event that an alternative product & similar to the product purchased by the customer confirmed not available, another alternative product will be offered to the customer with the same value, higher or lower value and if the customer didn’t accept the replacement, Redsea will refund the difference value for the replaced product, if The value of the product is less-if the value of the product is higher than the replaced product, the customer will bear the difference, if the customer didn’t accept to replace the product with another alternative product, the value of the product will be returned as mentioned above.

The Rejection for the Replacement/Return by Redsea

  • The Return or Replacement shall be rejected by Redsea in the event of the terms & conditions mentioned in this policy do not apply against the product.

5. General Terms and Conditions

  • Receiving the shipment from the customer who purchased through Redsea is an acknowledgment by the customer himself that the shipment has been delivered to him in good condition, wrapped, intact & has not been opened before the delivery.

  • The customer's purchase from one of the Redsea showrooms & signing the invoice Redsea copy will consider as an acknowledgment that the product received in a good condition and the customer had no right to claim against any missing accessories after that.

  • Redsea shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to provide the requested service by the customer due to force majeure conditions according to its concept in the Rules & Regulations, including but not limited to “wars, fires, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, precautionary procedures taken by the government from time to time...etc.”
