Terms & Conditions:

• This extended warranty covers all functional parts that were included in the original manufacturer's warranty for the first 2 years of your product's life.

• If your product needs to be repaired and the repair process takes more than 7 days, we'll provide you with a temporary loan replacement unit so you can continue using your product without interruption.

• If you decide to sell your device, you can transfer your extended warranty policy to the new owner without any additional paperwork.

• In the unlikely event that your product cannot be repaired during the extended warranty period, we'll refund you the depreciated value of the product, based on a 5-year product life from the date of purchase.

Please note that the following exclusions apply to our extended warranty:

• Breakages, rusting of parts, liquid damage, and routine maintenance such as cleaning and descaling.

• Loss and damage caused by fire, voltage fluctuations, and natural disasters.

• Improper usage or unauthorized repair during the extended warranty period.
