Delivery

Free Delivery above SR 200 anywhere in the Kingdom when you pay by Credit Card / mada Debit Card. SR 32 delivery charge will be levied for orders under SR 200 and SR 63 for Orders under SR 100.

The date of delivery is displayed to you while you are selecting your products. You may change the city by clicking “change city” to check delivery estimates applicable to you.

We try to get your order to you within the mentioned delivery timeframe however if for any reason we’re unable to deliver within on time then we will notify you and take steps to ensure the effect of the delay is minimized.

Our logistics partners Naqel, Flow Logistics or Tadabir will deliver direct to your home anywhere in the kingdom. You will be contacted by our delivery partner once your order is out for delivery. If you are unreachable, we will reschedule your delivery to the next available delivery window.

Once an order is successfully delivered to you, the ownership and responsibility of the product is transferred to you. Please ensure you check if your purchased items are in order at the time of delivery. If item(s) are missing from your delivered order, you can report it via any of our support channels. However, please make sure you check your order upon delivery and ensure everything is as expected. In the unlikely event that an item is lost, the customer has 3 working days to report the missing item after which we will not be able to look into the request.

Your item(s) will be delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on city. We deliver products between 9 AM to 3 PM and 8PM to 10 PM every day except Fridays.
