Free Delivery Threshold: Enjoy complimentary delivery across the Kingdom for orders exceeding SR 200 when payment is made via Credit Card, Mada Debit Card, Tabby and Tamara.

Delivery Charges: Orders falling below the SR 200 threshold will incur a delivery charge of SR 30. For orders below SR 100, a delivery fee of SR 60 will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Date: During the product selection process, an estimated delivery date will be provided. Customers can adjust the delivery city by selecting "change city" to view relevant delivery estimates.

Delivery Timeframe: While we endeavor to deliver within the specified timeframe, in case of any delays, customers will be promptly notified. Necessary steps will be taken to minimize the impact of such delays.

Logistics Partners: Deliveries will be handled by our trusted logistics partners - Naqel, Flow Logistics, or Tadabir, ensuring direct delivery to your doorstep anywhere in the Kingdom.

Delivery Notification: Customers will be contacted by our delivery partner once the order is out for delivery. In case of unavailability, delivery will be rescheduled for the next available slot.

Ownership and Responsibility: Upon successful delivery, ownership and responsibility of the products are transferred to the customer. It is advised to inspect the purchased items upon delivery. Any missing items should be reported through our support channels within 3 working days.

Delivery Time Slots: Expect your item(s) to be delivered within 3-5 working days, with delivery slots scheduled between 9 AM to 10 PM every day, except Fridays and public holidays.
