AC Exchange - Terms & Conditions

AC Exchange offer is available both online and at Redsea Stores.

To take advantage of the AC Exchange Offer you must have either a Window or Split AC already installed in your residence or at the delivery location, so that an existing AC can be exchanged.

Split air conditioning units cannot be exchanged with window units and vice versa.

To avail the offer online at Redsea.com, use coupon code – SAC300 for Split AC or WAC100 for window AC on checkout.

Extra piping more than 5 meters will be charged SR 100 per meter & outdoor chair – SR 80

Installation of Outdoor unit will be at a fixed height of 3 meters from the ground level (If it has to be done at customer specified height then charges will be applied depending on the scenario).

No cash/credit note/gift voucher/ other mode of payment shall be issued in exchange of old Air Conditioner.

No painting or concealing jobs is included.

In case of extra piping or chair or procedures, etc. the bill/invoice will be presented to the customer after installation of new AC.

Redsea solely reserves the discretion to accept old Air Conditioners from its customers.
